yellow foccacia
Recipe
An eye-catcher at every meal.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
let rise: 2 hours
Bake: 25 minutes
Ingredients: Flour, salt, sugar, turmeric, water, yeast, corn, sea salt, oil
For a foccacia approx. 30 cm long and 10 cm wide
Dough:
300 g flour (white flour)
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 teaspoon turmeric powder, mix
Add 240 ml lukewarm water
Dissolve 1/2 cube of yeast (approx. 20 g) in it.
Mix wet and dry ingredients. Knead for 5-10 minutes.
Pour into the tin (preferably lined with baking paper). Let rise for about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Press in a little with your fingers.
Spread 2 tablespoons of oil over it.
Spread two handfuls of corn over it and sprinkle a little sea salt on top.
Let rise again for 30 minutes.
Bake: At 180°C for 25 minutes.
Enjoy lukewarm.
