Meal Prep Tipp: Sauce separat aufbewahren und kurz vor dem Essen über Salat giessen.
Basil Dressing:
2 tablespoons oil
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
20 g fresh basil leaves
1 tbsp plant-based yogurt
1 tbsp plant drink
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 tbsp plant-based mayo
little mustard
Salt and pepper to taste, puree in a blender to a creamy sauce.
Pour over salad and enjoy immediately.
Meal prep tip: keep the sauce separate and pour it over the salad just before eating.
