Skillet Granola
Recipe
This granola is made in a flash and does not require an oven.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
cool down: 1 hour
Ingredients: Rolled oats, flaked almonds, pumpkin seeds, pistachios, goji berries, sweetener, coconut oil, salt
For 4-5 servings
200 grams of rolled oats
25 g flaked almonds
25 g pumpkin seeds
50 grams of pistachios
50 g goji berries, mix
Roast in a frying pan for 3-5 minutes until a pleasant roasted aroma develops
3 tbsp sweetener (e.g. maple syrup, honey)
2 tbsp coconut oil
Add 1 pinch of salt.
Fry for about 5 minutes on medium heat until golden brown.
Leave to cool completely.
Serve with fresh fruit and milk of your choice.
