Orange granola
Recipe
Fruity granola for breakfast!
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Bake: 15-20 minutes
Ingredients: Oat flakes, almond leaves, goji berries, orange zest, sweetener, coconut oil, salt
100 g fine oat flakes
150 g coarse oat flakes
50 g almond leaves
50 g goji berries
Zest of an orange
2 tbsp orange juice
70 ml sweetener of your choice
40 g coconut oil, melted
2 pinches of salt, mix.
Spread on a baking sheet.
Bake at 180°C hot air for 15-20 minutes. Turn occasionally so that the granola browns evenly.
Serving suggestion:
With yogurt and passion fruit.
