light pear cheesecake
Recipe
This autumnal cheesecake with pear is quick and easy to make and impresses with its appearance and taste.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Bake: 60 minutes
Ingredients: Flour, ground hazelnuts, salt, sugar, butter/margarine, pear, cream curd, corn starch, water, vanilla sugar, whole hazelnuts
For a springform pan with a diameter of approx. 18 cm
Dough:
100g flour
60 g ground hazelnuts
1 pinch of salt
50g sugar
Mix 50 g cold butter/margarine in pieces to form a dough. Press into the bottom of the prepared springform pan.
Cut 2 pears into wedges and spread over the dough.
Cheesecake mixture:
2 tbsp cornstarch
Mix 2 tablespoons of water into a mixture without lumps.
250 g cream quark
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
60g sugar
Add cinnamon and mix.
Pour onto the pears.
30 g whole hazelnuts, roughly chopped. Spread over the cheesecake mixture.
Baking: Bake at 180°C for 60 minutes.
Cool completely.
