crispy potato thalers
Recipe
A great meal as a side dish to a burger or as a main course with a delicious sauce.
Preparation time: 30 minutes
Ingredients: Potatoes (cooked until floury), flour, salt, paprika powder, nutmeg, salt, pepper, oil
For 4-5 people
1 kg potatoes (floury), boiled, cooled and peeled, mashed.
300g flour
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp paprika powder
pepper
Nutmeg, knead into a smooth dough.
Roll out into approx. 6 strands. Cut 2 cm pieces and make a pattern with a fork.
Heat 4-5 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry until crispy on both sides. Always add a little oil for each portion and fry until crispy.
