Preperation time: approx 25 Min.
Something other than oatmeal. But healthy: the golden millet. Rich in vitamins A, C, iron and beta-carotene.
"Safe your breath to cool your porridge."
For 2 people:
100 g golden millet
2.5dl of water
2.5 dl milk of your choice
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 pinch of salt
Boil 1/2 tsp cinnamon in a pan. Simmer on low for about 20 minutes.
Grate 1 pear into it.
In the meantime...
Topping:
1 tsp margarine
1 apple, diced
1 pear, diced
1 tsp maple syrup
little cinnamon
Fry 2 tablespoons of lemon juice in a frying pan for about 5 minutes.
Pour over porridge.
If you like, sprinkle some nuts on top.
