Goldenberry Cocoa Waffles with MacaRecipeAd* These Pakka Dried Golden Berries are native to Peru and thrive in the Tama Valley. There they grow under the sun in excellent conditions. With the superfood powder Maca, which also comes from Peru, and the delicious dark chocolate with the raw material cocoa from Colombia, these waffles will bring the sun into your home!
Preparation time: 30 minutes
let rise: one hour
Ingredients: flour, maca powder, vanilla sugar, cinnamon, salt, margarine, milk of your choice, chocolate of your choice (Pakka), granulated sugar, yeast, 1 banana. 1 handful of Dried Golden Berries from @pakka
For 10 pieces
210 grams of flour
2 teaspoons maca powder
1 pack of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
little cinnamon, mix in a bowl
Add 1 small banana, mashed
Chop 80 g chocolate into small cubes
Add half of it to the dry ingredients. Put the rest aside.
Melt 50 g margarine in a pan
Add 1 dl milk of your choice, let it get lukewarm.
Dissolve 1/2 cube of yeast (approx. 20 g) in it.
Add to the dry ingredients.
Pour over the other ingredients. Knead for about 5 minutes to a smooth dough.
40 g pearl sugar
1 handful of Dried Golden Berries and
Add remaining chocolate. Knead for this.
Cover and leave to rise at room temperature for an hour.
Form ten equal balls of dough. Bake in a waffle iron for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Toppings: Fresh goldenberries, bananas, chopped chocolate, cinnamon, nut butter, or whatever your heart desires.
