Fig brownies
Recipe
Brownies topped with fresh figs. A well-harmonised combination.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Bake: 20 minutes
Ingredients: Butter/margarine, egg, sugar, salt, nut nougat spread, chocolate and cocoa powder, flour, ground hazelnuts, baking powder, milk of your choice, walnuts, chocolate drops. fresh figs
For a square shape of 20x20 cm
50 g butter/margarine, melt
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
35 g sugar, mix until the mixture is lighter.
Add 40 g nut nougat cream.
20g chocolate powder
20 g cocoa powder
50g flour
40 g ground hazelnuts
1 teaspoon Baking powder
Mix in 6 tablespoons milk until the mixture is well mixed.
Pour into the prepared pan.
Cut 2 fresh figs into slices and spread over the brownie mixture.
15 g chopped walnuts
Spread 20 g chocolate drops over the top.
Bake: At 180°C hot air for 20 minutes.
