iron-bearing apricot millet porridge

Attention all women! Iron-rich foods should be included in our diet as a matter of urgency. How come? Since women lose more iron than men every month, iron-rich food is particularly important. This can also be achieved without meat.
In this recipe, the iron-rich millet combines with dried apricots.
Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients: millet flakes, dried apricots, 1 banana, salt, milk of your choice, mango, chopped nuts of your choice
For 1 serving
4 tbsp millet flakes
250 ml milk of your choice
1 pinch of salt
5 dried apricots, cut into small pieces
1 banana, mash, bring to the boil in a pan. Reduce the heat and cook until creamy for about two minutes. Pour into a bowl.
Half a mango, sliced
Spread some chopped nuts on the porridge.
