Spelled Granola
Recipe
This crunchy granola is not only delicious, but full of dietary fiber and fiber.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Bake: 15-20 minutes
Ingredients: spelled flakes, spelled pops, oat flakes, nuts. Cinnamon, salt, coconut oil, sweetener of choice
For approx. 5-6 servings
150 g spelled flakes
50 g spelled pops
100 g oat flakes
100 g nuts, coarsely chopped
1 pinch of salt
cinnamon, mix
50 g coconut oil, melted
Add 50 g sweetener of your choice.
Mix dry and wet ingredients together and spread on a baking sheet.
Bake: At 180°C hot air for approx. 15-20 minutes (until the mixture is golden brown).
Allow to cool completely.
Store: Airtight in a jar for at least two weeks.
