creamy yoghurt porridge
This porridge with a 5-grain flake mix and creamy yoghurt gives you a full start to the new day.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Ingredients: 5-grain flake mixture (with barley, oat, millet, wheat and spelled flakes) or simply oat flakes, sweetener, oat bran, milk and yoghurt of your choice, fruits/berries, nuts
For 1 person
60 g 5 grain flakes or rolled oats
10 g oat bran
1 tbsp sweetener of choice
Mix 220 ml milk of your choice in a pan, bring to the boil. Simmer on low for a few minutes.
Add 2 tablespoons of yoghurt of your choice, simmer until creamy.
Spread the fruit/berries and nuts of your choice over the oats and enjoy.
