Small power bowl for those cloudy days.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients: Bananas (frozen), quark, blue spirulina powder, fresh fruits and granola of your choice
For one serving
200g bananas, frozen sliced
200 g low-fat quark
Mix 1 teaspoon of blue spirulina powder into a smooth mixture. Put in a bowl.
Spread 80 g of yoghurt on one half of the bowl.
Spread a little spirulina powder on the yoghurt and draw a marble pattern with the handle of a spoon.
Spread fresh fruit and granola on top.
