This smoothie is suitable for every day. Full of antioxidants and vitamins.
Preparation time: 5-10 minutes
Ingredients: blueberries, spirulina powder, milk of your choice, lemon juice, chia seeds, banana
For a serving
150 grams of blueberries
1 banana
250 ml milk of your choice
1 tsp chia seeds
juice of a lemon
1 tsp spirulina powder
Mix in a blender until creamy and enjoy ice-cold.
