3 grosse Äpfel (ca. 400g), Schälen und in Würfel schneiden. Mit:
3 EL Zitronensaft
3 TL Zucker
1 Prise Salz
Zimt vermengen
Maisstärken-Wassergemisch dazugeben.
In einer Pfanne aufkochen und für ca. 2 Minuten auf kleiner Stufe köcheln, bis die Masse eingedickt ist. Leicht auskühlen lassen.
Einen rechteckigen Blätterteig (42x26xm) in 8 Stücke schneiden.
Füllung in die Mitte der zugeschnittenen Blätterteige geben. Von der längeren Seite her einklappen.
Mit einer Gabel die offenen Enden zusammendrücken.
Mit wenig Rahm nach Wahl bestreichen.
Optional: Wenig Zucker auf den Blätterteig geben.
Backen: Bei 180°C Heissluft für 20-25 Minuten-> Bis der Blätterteig eine goldbraune Farbe angenommen hat.

Fold in from the longer side.Press the open ends together with a fork.Spread with a little cream of your choice.Optional: Add a little sugar to the puff pastry.Bake: At 180°C hot air for 20-25 minutes -> until the puff pastry has taken on a golden brown color.
