Wrap casserole
Recipe
This casserole is quick and easy to make in no time. The super-fast version with store-bought wraps, the slightly more time-consuming version with homemade omelettes.
Preparation time: 15-30 minutes
bake: 15 minutes
Ingredients: wraps, tomato puree, cheese, tomatoes, garlic, chilli
For the variant with omelettes: eggs, water, salt, flour
For two
Spread 3 large wraps with 2 tbsp tomato puree each
Spread 100g grated cheese over all three wraps.
2 tomatoes, cut into thin slices, arrange on top.
2 garlic cloves, finely sliced
1 chili sliced, spread over wraps.
Roll up, cut into slices approx. 3 cm thick. Distribute in casserole dish.
Scatter over 40g cheese.
Variant with homemade omelettes:
3 eggs
3dl of water
3/4 tsp salt
150 g flour, mix until there are no lumps.
Heat the frying pan with oil and fry on both sides for about two minutes.
Fill with ingredients as described above and distribute in casserole dish.
Baking: At 180°C hot air for 15 minutes.
