Tomato Balsamic Risotto

This delicious risotto is refined with Aceto Balsamico, the highly aromatic vinegar from Italy.
Preparation time: 30 minutes

Ingredients: onion, garlic, risotto rice, white wine, vegetable stock, butter, grated cheese, fresh tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, pepper, basil, oil
For two
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan
a small onion, sliced
1 pressed garlic clove, steam
Add 130 g risotto rice and steam for about two minutes until translucent.
Deglaze with 1 dl white wine and let simmer for a few minutes.
Add 4 dl vegetable stock, boil down al dente for approx. 20 minutes, stirring regularly.
1 tbsp butter
2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar, stir in.
Grate 80 g of cheese
2 tomatoes, cut, add.
Garnish with fresh basil.
