These waffles are fluffy and packed with fiber and protein. Perfect for a healthy Sunday breakfast.
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients: wholemeal flour, cashew butter, eggs, salt, sweetener of your choice, milk of your choice, baking powder
For 10 waffles
150 g wholemeal flour
2 eggs
60 g cashew butter
1 pinch of salt
20 g sweetener of your choice
Top with agave syrup/maple syrup and fresh berries/fruit of your choice.
