Über Nacht kühlstellen und am nächsten Tag ein luftiges Schokoladenmousse geniessen.
dark chocolate mousse
Recipe
This mousse au chocolate takes you to dessert heaven.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
refrigerate: overnight
Ingredients: dark chocolate, sugar, salt, cream, eggs
For 4 small portions
Melt 100 g dark chocolate
2 eggs, separate
Beat the egg whites stiff
Add a pinch of salt to the egg white and stir briefly
2 egg yolks with
1 tbsp sugar, stir until fluffy.
Stir melted chocolate into egg yolk.
Carefully fold in the beaten egg whites.
2 dl cream, whip until stiff, also fold into the chocolate egg mixture.
Pour into 4 glasses of approx. 2 dl each.
Refrigerate overnight and enjoy an airy chocolate mousse the next day.
