Diese Smoothie Bowl steckt voller Proteine und rohem gesundem Cookie Dough.
Zubereitungszeit: 15 Minuten
Zutaten: gefrorene Banane, Magerquark, Erdnussbutter, Haferflocken, Leinsamen, Honig, Wasser, Schokoladendrops
Für eine Bowl:
2 gefrorene Bananen in Scheiben
150 g Magerquark
2 TL Erdnussbutter, in einem Hochleistungsmixer zu einer cremigen Masse mixen.
Cookie Dough:
45 g Haferflocken, zu Mehl gemahlen
1 TL Leinsamen, geschrotet
1 TL Honig
1 TL Erdnussbutter
3 TL Wasser
20 g Zartbitterschokoladedrops mischen und zu ca. 6 kleinen Cookie-Bällen formen und in die Smoothie-Masse geben.
Eiskalt geniessen.

This smoothie bowl is full of protein and raw, healthy cookie dough.

Ingredients: frozen banana, low-fat quark, peanut butter, oat flakes, linseed, honey, water, chocolate drops
For a bowl:
2 frozen bananas, sliced
150 g low-fat quark
Mix 2 teaspoons of peanut butter in a high-speed blender until creamy.
Cookie dough:
45 g oat flakes, ground into flour
1 teaspoon flaxseed, ground
1 tsp honey
1 tsp peanut butter
3 tsp water
Mix 20 g of dark chocolate drops and form into approx. 6 small cookie balls and add to the smoothie mixture.
Enjoy ice cold.
