Ein wunderschön natürliches rot, ganz alleine durch die Goldmelissenblüte. Wunderschön zu sehen und erst noch super lecker. Sirup selber herstellen, gar nicht so schwierig.
Zubereitungszeit: 30 Minuten
stehen lassen: 24 h
Zutaten: Goldmelissenblüten getrocknet/frisch, Wasser, Zucker, Zitronensäure.
Für ca. 1 l puren Sirup:
5 g getrocknete Goldmelissenblüten/ 50 g Melissenblüten frisch
0,5 Liter siedend heisses Wasser über die Blüten giessen.
24 h stehen und ziehen lassen.
Die Flüssigkeit am nächsten Tag in eine Pfanne sieben (Blüten nun wegschmeissen)
750 g Zucker
20 g Zitronensäure darin auflösen, gut umrühren, aufwärmen bis sich der Zucker aufgelöst hat.
Saubere Flaschen nehmen.
Sirup einfüllen. Gut verschliessen. Kühl und dunkel lagern.
bee balm syrup

A beautifully natural red, all alone due to the bee balm blossom. Beautiful to look at and super tasty. Making your own syrup is not that difficult.
Preparation time: 30 minutes
let stand: 24 h
Ingredients: Bee balm blossoms dried/fresh, water, sugar, citric acid.
For approx 1 l of pure syrup:
5 g dried melissa blossoms/ 50 g fresh melissa blossoms
Pour 0,5 liter of boiling water over the flowers.
Stand and let steep for 24 hours.
Sieve the liquid into a pan the next day (throw away the blossoms now)
750 grams of sugar
Dissolve 20 g citric acid in it, stir well, bring to the boil.
Take clean bottles and fill in the syrup in. Close well. Store cool and dark.
