Simple and quick recipe, perfect if you still have visitors.
Spread a baking pan (square, approx. 20 cm in diameter) with margarine and dust with flour.
100g melted margarine
Mix 1 pinch of salt to a light mass.
1 teaspoon Baking powder
Add 200g ground almonds to the egg margarine mixture
add approx. 1dl milk of your choice, combine to form a smooth dough.
Cut 150g white chocolate into cubes and add to the dough.
Put in a baking pan.
Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Cool, cut into squares. Enjoy!
