Hollandais sauce ingredients: margarine/vegan butter, flour, water, soy cream, vegan white wine, lemon juice, vegetable stock, turmeric, salt, pepper, mustard
Sauce Hollandai:
Melt 80 g vegan butter/margarine
Add 2 tbsp flour, stir constantly with a whisk. The flour should not take on any color.
1dl water
2 dl soy cream
2 tablespoons vegan white wine
Mix in 1 tsp lemon juice and deglaze the flour/butter mixture. Stir constantly.
1 tsp vegetable bouillon
little turmeric
add a little salt.
Reduce the heat. Stir until the mass binds.
Stir in a dollop of mustard.
