Optional: Mit wenig Kokosjoghurt toppen und mit Puderzucker bestäuben.
These crepes can be filled with anything you like. My insider tip: nut nougat cream, strawberries, banana, peanut butter and the warm crepe all around.
Preparation time: 20-30 minutes
Ingredients: flour, salt, corn starch, sugar, vanilla sugar, milk of your choice, oil, filling of your choice such as: nut nougat cream, peanut butter, banana, strawberries, powdered sugar, coconut yoghurt
For 4 crepes
In a bowl:
150 grams of flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
3 dl milk of your choice
1 tbsp oil, mix until there are no lumps.
Heat a frying pan with a little oil. Spread 1/4 of the crepe mixture in the frying pan/swirl the pan back and forth until the batter is well distributed. Fry on both sides over medium heat for about 2 minutes until golden brown.
Filling: Cut the crepe in half from the middle so that the crepe can then be folded into quarters. Top the crepe in four parts. fold up.
Optional: Top with a little coconut yoghurt and dust with powdered sugar.
