Tofu scramble

Scrambled eggs without eggs? Yes everything ist possible!
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cook: 7-10 minutes
Tofu Scramble:
200 g natural tofu, dab well with kitchen paper.
Finely dice 1 onion
Press 1 garlic clove
Heat 2 tbsp oil of your choice in a frying pan.
Fry the onions and garlic for about 2 minutes until translucent.
Add tofu.
1/3 tsp turmeric (for color)

little paprika powder
Stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt. Fry for a few minutes. Last
Add 2 tablespoons natural soy yoghurt.
Put on the bagels.
