Mit der CabriO-Bahn, welche zwei Stöcke bietet und im oberen Stock eine Frischluft Terrasse hat, auf das Stanserhorn fahren? Wunderschöne Flora und Fauna, 100 km Alpenketten und schweizer Seen und ein langes Wanderwegnetzwerk, all das bietet das Stanserhorn.
Erreichbarkeit: Mit dem Zug erreichst du Stans in etwas mehr als 20 Minuten, ca. 5 Minuten Fussweg bis zur Stanserhorn Bahn.
Mit dem Auto gelangst du zur Talstation des Stanserhorn. Mit dem Auto ab Luzern sind je nach Verkehrslage ca. 20 Minuten. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze sind vorhanden.
Bahn: Ab Stans fährt eine Standseilbahn in ca. 10 Minuten bis Kälti. Ab Kälti fährt anschliessend die CabriO-Bahn mit offenem Deck.
Mit Sicht auf Vierwaldstätter
geht die Fahrt in ca. 10 Minuten bis auf den Gipfel.

Wandern: Das Stanserhorn und die Umgebung verfügt über viele Kilometer Wanderparadies. Von Stans auf das Stanserhorn erwartet dich ein strenger Anstieg und eine Überwindung von fast 1400 m. Ab dem Stanserhorn kannst du aber beispielsweise bis zum Wirzweli laufen und anschliessend von dort aus nach Dallenwil.
Eine einfache Wanderung rund um den Gipfel des Stanserhorns kannst du binnen 30 Minuten machen. Geniesse hierbei das 360° Bergpanorama.
Höhenwanderung Stanserhorn-Engelberg: Eine lange, strenge und technisch anspruchsvolle Wanderung bietet diese Gratwanderung. Sie ist 25,5 km lang und dauert etwa 10 Stunden. Hierbei sind Schwindelfreiheit, gute Ausrüstung, gute Witterung und gute Ausdauer gefragt. Eine Übernachtung zwischen der Strecke ist auch möglich.
