Shaka Beach (TI)
In einem gemütlichen Stuhl, Sonne auf der Haut, in einer wunderschön eingerichteten Strandbar ein Drink schlürfen. Einige Schritte entfernt vom schönen Ufer des Lago Maggiore inkl. einer Schaukel im Wasser. Was braucht man noch mehr? All das bietet dir der Shaka Beach.
Erreichbarkeit: Mit Zug und Bus erreichst du den Shaka Beach. Mit dem Bus musst du nur noch einige Meter gehen, bis du beim Strandbad angekommen bist. Die Haltestelle mit Bus heisst: Vira, La Riva in Gambarogno.
Auch mit dem Auto gelangst du nach Vira. Von Zürich her gelangst du durch den Gotthardtunnel in ca. drei Stunden zum Lago Maggiore.
Parkplätze sind beispielsweise am Bahnhof von Magadino-Vira, diese sind kostenpflichtig.
Beach Bar: Stilvoll, modern, boho, gemütlich. Das sind einige Werte, die die tolle Strandbar beschreiben. Drinks sind ohne Alkohol und mit Alkohol verfügbar. Die alkoholfreien Cocktails kann ich dir auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Auch kleinere Speisen wie Pancakes kannst du in der Shaka Strandbar geniessen. Einen Besuch auf jeden Fall wert.

Shaka Beach Schaukel: Die Schaukel ist wohl eine der berühmtesten, vor allem auf Instagram. Mit toller Sicht auf die Tessiner Berge, mit Karibik Feeling.
Wanderungen/Spaziergang: Ein kleines Stück kann am See entlanggehen. Das kleine Dörfchen mit den typisch farbigen tessinisch-italienischen Häusern ist ebenfalls wunderschön.
Ich würde dir nach einem ausgiebigen Bad im Lago Maggiore, inkl. Verpflegung und Drinks anschliessend eine Schifffahrt auf dem schönen See empfehlen. Nach Locarno gelangst du beispielsweise von Magadino in ca. 30 Minuten.
Baden/Wassertemperatur Lago Maggiore: Das Baden ist erlaubt, die Shaka Beach Bar hat auch Umkleidekabinen zur Verfügung.

Shaka Beach Swing: The swing is arguably one of the most famous, especially on Instagram. With a great view of the Ticino mountains, with a Caribbean feeling. Hikes/walks: You can walk a little along the lake. The small village with the typically colored Ticino-Italian houses is also beautiful.
After a long swim in Lago Maggiore, including food and drinks, I would recommend a boat trip on the beautiful lake. For example, you can get to Locarno from Magadino in about 30 minutes.
