Zubereitungszeit: 20 Minuten

backen: 13-15 Minuten

Zutaten: Mehl, Backpulver, Vanillezucker, Salz, Schokolade, Sauerteig Starterkultur, Margarine, Milch nach Wahl, Zucker

Für 8-10 Stück

100 g Mehl

1 TL Backpulver

1 Pack Vanillezucker

1 Prise Salz

40 g Sauerteig Starterkultur

50 g Margarine

30 ml Milch nach Wahl

45 g Zucker, zu einem geschmeidigen Teig mischen.

100 g Schokoladendrops/gehackte Schokolade in den Teig kneten.

Zu 8-10 Cookies formen.

Backen: Bei 180°C Heissluft für 13-15 Minuten.

Knead 100 g chocolate drops/chopped chocolate into the dough. Form into 8-10 cookies. Bake: At 180°C hot air for 13-15 minutes. Enjoy lukewarm.
