Am besten noch lauwarm geniessen.
90g Nut nougat creme, mix.
Beat 1 egg white until stiff. Give to the crowd.
80 g ground hazelnuts
Sift in 4 tbsp flour
1 tsp baking powder, carefully mix into the mixture.
Divide the batter into molds.
Baking: At 180°C hot air for 10-15 minutes. do a toothpick test.
Let it cool down a bit and spread about 1 teaspoon of nut nougat cream on each cake.
Best enjoyed while still warm.
