Diese Cookies sind ganz ohne Backen einfach und schnell hergestellt. Mit nur 5 Zutaten.
Zubereitungszeit: 15 Minuten
kühl stellen: 2 Stunden
Zutaten: 200 g Zartbitterschokolade, 2 EL Kokosöl, 100 g Cornflakes, 70 g Kokosraspeln, 1 Prise Salz
Für ca. 15-20 Stück
Zartbitterschokolade mit Kokosöl schmelzen.
Kokosraspeln, Cornflakes und Salz zur geschmolzenen Schokolade geben. Rühren, bis alles mit Schokolade überzogen ist.
Mit zwei Löffeln kleine "Häufchen" formen und auf ein Backblech geben. Optional gibt erneut wenige Kokosflocken über die Cookies.
Für zwei Stunden abkühlen bis die Schokolade vollständig fest ist.
Fertig sind die Weihnachtscookies!
Coconut cornflake cookies

These cookies are quick and easy to make without baking. With only 5 ingredients.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
refrigerate: 2 hours
Ingredients: 200 g dark chocolate, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 100 g cornflakes, 70 g desiccated coconut, 1 pinch of salt
For approx. 15-20 pieces
Melt dark chocolate with coconut oil.
Add coconut flakes, cornflakes and salt to the melted chocolate. Stir until everything is coated in chocolate.
Form small "piles" with two spoons and place on a baking tray. Optionally add a few more coconut flakes over the cookies.
Cool for two hours until the chocolate is completely solid.
The Christmas cookies are ready!
