Tiramisu, eines der besten Desserts! Hier interpretiert in einer leckeren Torte.
Zubereitungszeit: 50-60 Minuten
Backen: 15 Minuten
Kühl stellen: mind. 4 h
Springform von ca. 20cm Durchmesser, mit Backpapier ausgekleidet
Biskuit:
4 Eigelb
100 g Zucker
1 TL Vanillezucker
1 Prise Salz
2 EL warmes Wasser, alles zusammen schaumig rühren.
4 Eiweiss, steif schlagen.
120g Mehl dazusieben, Eiweiss auf die Eigelb Masse geben und darunter ziehen.
Backen: Bei 180°C Umluft für 15-20 Minuten. Zahnstochertest empfehlenswert. Auskühlen lassen.
Apfel Mischung:
400 g Apfel geschält, geschnitten, gewürfelt
20 g Zucker
2 EL Zitronensaft
1 TL Vanillezucker in einer Pfanne mischen. Aufkochen, Hitze reduzieren. Auf kleiner Stufe köcheln lassen bis die Masse weich ist (ca.5-10 Minuten)
AUskühlen lassen.
Tiramisu Masse:
300 g Magerquark
250 g Mascarpone
70 g Zucker
1 TL Vanillezucker
1 EL Zitronensaft mischen.
Kaffee:
1 TL Instant Kaffeepulver
50 ml heisses Wasser
1 TL Zucker
1 EL Orangensaft
mischen.
Schichten:
1. Biskuit in 3 Stücke teilen.
2. 1 Biskuit auf den Boden legen. Mit 2 EL der Kakaomasse beträufeln.
3. 1/3 der Mascarpone Masse darauf verteilen.
4. 1/3 der Apfelmasse darüber verteilen.
5. Biskuit auf Apfelmasse geben, mit Kaffeemass beträufeln.
6. 1/3 der Mascarpone Masse darüber giessen
7. 1/3 der Apfelmasse darübergeben.
8. Biskuit auf Apfelmasse geben. Mit Kaffee beträufeln.
9. Restliche Apfelmasse darüber geben.
10. Zum Abschluss die Mascarpone Creme darüber verteilen. Schön glatt streichen.
Kühlstellen im Kühlschrank für einige Stunden (mind. 4h oder über Nacht)
Verzieren:
1 dl Rahm steif schlagen mit
100 g Magerquark
30 g Zucker mischen. Rund um die Torte streichen.
Etwas in einen Spritzbeutel füllen, darauf verteilen.
Einen roten Apfel in Schnitze schneiden und auf der Torte verteilen.
Teilen und Geniessen.
Apple Tiramisu Cake

Refrigerate: at least 4 hours
Springform pan with a diameter of approx. 20cm, lined with baking paper
Biscuit:
4 egg yolks
100 grams of sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
2 tablespoons warm water, stir everything together until fluffy.
4 egg whites, beat until stiff.
Sift in 120g flour, add the egg white to the egg yolk mixture and pull underneath.
Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes. Toothpick test recommended. Let cool down.
apple mixture:
400 g apple, peeled, cut and diced
20 grams of sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
Mix 1 tsp vanilla sugar in a pan. Boil, reduce heat. Simmer on a low level until the mass is soft (about 5-10 minutes)
Let cool down.
Tiramisu Mass:
300 g low-fat quark
250g mascarpone
70 grams of sugar
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Mix in 1 tbsp lemon juice.
Coffee:
1 tsp instant coffee powder
50ml hot water
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp orange juice
Mix.
Layers:
1. Divide the sponge cake into 3 pieces.
2. Place 1 biscuit on the bottom. Drizzle with 2 tbsp of the cocoa mass.
3. Spread 1/3 of the mascarpone mixture on top.
4. Spread 1/3 of the apple mixture on top.
5. Put the biscuit on the apple mass, drizzle with the coffee mass.
6. Pour 1/3 of the mascarpone mixture over it
7. Pour 1/3 of the apple mixture over it.
8. Put the biscuit on the apple mixture. Drizzle with coffee.
9. Pour the rest of the apple mixture over it.
10. Finally spread the mascarpone cream over it. Smooth out nicely.
Cooling places in the fridge for a few hours (at least 4 hours or overnight)
Decorate:
Beat 1 dl of cream until stiff
100 g low-fat quark
Mix 30 g of sugar. Spread around the cake.
Put some in a piping bag and spread on top.
Cut a red apple into slices and place on the cake.
